Milk 1.25 cup Butter 2 tbs Sugar 1/5 tbs Salt 1 tsp Bread flour 3.5 cups Yeast 2 tsp Grated cheddar cheese .75 cup Cooked crumbled bacon .75 cup I use about 5-7 slices of thick cut Add cheese and bacon as soon as dough has formed a ball. Allow to knead for 3-5 min. Since the cheese kind of melts you may have to add some more flour. I have been known to add some garlic or chopped onion. If you add onion you will need to cut down on the milk. I add 1 cup and then adjust as needed. Sometimes instead of the butter I use the bacon drippings. It makes wonderful toast for breakfast or sandwiches. Hope you enjoy Janis
